Dr. Anna Mandeville brought a wealth of experience to her commerical role as Global Clinical Director and VP Clinical at Koa Health Digital Solutions. In this position, she delivered impactful leadership by collaborating across various business functions, strategically co-designing innovative mental health products and care pathways for delivery at scale, whilst tailored to client needs. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Dr. Mandeville provided critical insights to both clients and internal stakeholders, while overseeing all aspects of Clinical Governance in her capacity as the Clinical Safety Officer.
In addition to her governance responsibilities, Dr. Mandeville spearheaded NHS Sales, achieving impressive revenue growth for the company during the 2024-25 period. She expertly navigated the complexities of regulatory compliance (DCB) and played a pivotal role in guiding clients towards successful implementation, ensuring that their specific requirements were met effectively. Her multifaceted contributions significantly enhanced both client satisfaction and business performance within the organization.

Dr. Mandeville offers private consultations both online and in-person in the London area. She supports medical teams to deliver multi-disciplinary (MDT) care with Health Psychology Interventions which may support adherence, pain management and individual goals. As a Clinical Health Psychologist, she specialises in minimising the effects of acute and chronic illnesses on individuals and families. Additionally, she addresses trauma and supports personal psychological development throughout the lifespan. Dr. Mandeville also provides expert assessments and recommendations for various aspects of medico-legal work.

Dr. Anna Mandeville has held numerous leadership positions within the NHS. She was instrumental in developing National Services for Abdominal Pelvic Pain (APP) and Facial Pain, overseeing health psychology and pain management services at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) and Oxleas Foundation Trust. Additionally, as Divisional Director for Psychological Services in Enfield at Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey Mental Health Trust (BEH), she focused on the mental health needs of individuals across various age groups. At BEH Dr. Mandeville also served as the Trust Lead for the Flow Coaching Academy (FCA), where she coached teams and implemented improvement science throughout the organisation. She is passionate about Compassionate Leadership and contributes as a teaching member of the Compassionate Care & Mindful Medicine organisation (BFC CCMM).
