Dr. Anna Mandeville is a truly integrative Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She has a passionate commitment to apply psychological knowledge to influence health and well-being.
Dr. Mandeville is a Health Foundation and graduated from Ashridge Business School with a Master in Leadership (QI). She has led a range of service transformation projects and provides executive-level Coaching and Action Learning as well as consultancy in Quality Improvement.

Dr. Mandeville is currently Divisional Lead for Psychological services in Enfield at BEH Mental Health Trust. She leads workforce and service design in a range of physical and mental health services and is joint Clinical Lead for Enfield Pain Service. She is Trust Lead for the Flow Coaching Academy (FCA) which teaches team coaching and improvement science across the organisation and beyond. She has a passion for Compassionate Leadership and is a teaching member of the Compassionate Care & Mindful Medicine organisation (BFC CCMM)
